Our story
Transfer Conveyancing was established as a dedicated conveyancing division of the Starkie Law Group.
We bring a lawyer's rigour to every transaction — reviewing contracts in detail, identifying risks early, and keeping you informed at every step.

The Team
Dr Bradford Starkie is the principal of Transfer Conveyancing and the Starkie Law Group. With years of experience in Victorian property law, Dr Starkie personally oversees every conveyancing matter.
Our Location
All of the conveyancing process can be done via phone, email and video conferencing, so you don't need to visit us if you don't want to. If, however, you prefer to meet face to face, you can come to our office which is conveniently located next to Hartwell Station above the Fordham Milkbar Café. Walk through the door labelled "108", find the door at the end of the room and then find us on the 3rd Floor.
