Buying a Property
Our purchase conveyancing fee covers everything from contract review through to settlement and title registration.

Selling a Property
Our sale conveyancing fee covers preparation of all documents through to settlement and proceeds distribution.

Off-the-Plan Purchases
Off-the-plan matters require additional review time. Our fee reflects the complexity of these contracts.

Property Transfers

Disbursements ... Government & Search Fees
Disbursements are third-party costs we pay on your behalf — such as title searches, council certificates, water searches, and Land Use Victoria registration fees. These vary by property and transaction type. We will itemise all expected disbursements in your quote before we begin acting for you, however disbursement costs are subject to change according to the rules of the third parties.
